Cancellation Policy

If cancelled more than 28 days prior to occupancy a full refund will be issued (minus an administration fee of $50).
If the booking is cancelled between 14 & 28 days before occupancy then the deposit will be forfeited.
If the booking is cancelled between 1 and 14 days before occupancy then the full booking will be forfeited.
If the property is fully re-let all monies paid will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.
In urgent circumstances, please discuss with hosts

* Any bonds will be refunded within 14 days of departure. However,bonds will be reduced by excessive cleaning,
  plumbing blockages, theft & breakages.

Minimum 2 nights stay / Check-in time - After 2pm, Check-out time - By 11am
Later “Check-Out , Earlier Check-In” Must be permitted prior to occupancy
